Pack of Dogs Attacks, Kills California Woman

Police are investigating a horrific, fatal dog attack in Antelope Valley. According to police, 63-year-old Pamela Devitt was on her morning walk when she was attacked by a pack of pit bulls. The dogs dragged Devitt 50 yards and ripped off one her arms. She later died in the ambulance.

Police have seized six pit bulls and 2 mix-breed dogs from the home of a nearby resident in connection with the dog attack investigation. Neighbors say that the dogs have been aggressive in the past and that the dogs hop over the fence where they live. DNA tests will confirm whether any of the dogs were involved in the attack.
