Danae Marie Miller, the woman accused of driving drunk and crashing into a Newport Beach cyclist, is set to appear in criminal court by the end of the year. Earlier this year, Miller plead not guilty to one felony count of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence while intoxicated.
