As wildfires continue to devastate communities across California and beyond, our wildfire practice is expanding to meet that need. RFTM's wildfire practice represents clients across personal property and wrongful death claims, as well as the broader economic fallout wildfires inflict on local businesses and commercial communities.
We currently represent more than 1,200 individual clients in pending litigation against Southern California Edison Co. over the 2025 Eaton Fire, including approximately 400 affected households and more than 50 businesses.
