Loren Schwartz
About
Loren Schwartz represents clients in high-stakes personal injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death matters. He has dedicated his career to helping individuals who have suffered life-altering injuries and has obtained multi-million dollar results for people involved in car, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents; people injured on the job; cases involving premises liability; and victims of medical neglect.
Loren has been recognized among America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys and has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2016. In 2020, Loren was a finalist for San Francisco Trial Lawyer of the Year.
Over the course of his career, Loren has developed a reputation for compassion, precision, and zealous advocacy. In addition to obtaining full compensation for his clients, Loren takes the time to make sure his clients are educated about the litigation process and that they fully understand what their rights are following an injury or the wrongful death of a loved one.
Loren has obtained multi-million dollar results for clients injured in bicycle and pedestrian accidents throughout San Francisco, and speaks personally to why street safety matters to him:
"Pedestrian safety is personal to me. I live here, I raise my family here, and I walk these same streets with my children. People walking around the City should be able to do so safely without worry of being injured by a careless driver. When someone is hit while walking, the consequences can be devastating. Our role is to make sure that our injured clients obtain the medical treatment that they need and that they are compensated fully for their injuries." — Loren Schwartz
"Bicyclists are part of the fabric of San Francisco. Whether someone is riding to work, exercising, or simply trying to get across town, they deserve to be safe. We are proud to stand up for injured cyclists and to push for safer streets for everyone in our community." — Loren Schwartz
