Some of these partners work to prevent harm before it happens by making our streets safer for pedestrians and cyclists, while others defend the civil justice system and the rights that allow injured people to hold wrongdoers accountable.

Community Advocacy
Walk San Francisco
Walk San Francisco is the city's leading pedestrian advocacy organization, dedicated to making walking safe and inviting for people of all ages and abilities. In 2014, Walk SF led the campaign that made San Francisco one of the first cities in the nation to adopt Vision Zero, the commitment to eliminate all severe and fatal traffic crashes. Today, the organization leads the Vision Zero Coalition, a group of more than 35 community organizations working to redesign the city's most dangerous streets, slow traffic speeds, and prioritize the neighborhoods most affected by traffic violence.
San Francisco Bicycle Coalition
Founded in 1971, the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is one of the oldest and most influential bicycle advocacy organizations in the country. Through advocacy, education, and partnerships with city and community agencies, the Coalition works to transform San Francisco's streets into safer, more livable places by promoting the bicycle as an everyday means of transportation. With thousands of members across every neighborhood, it remains one of the largest membership-based advocacy groups in the city.

Consumer Attorneys of California
Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) is a statewide professional organization representing plaintiff-side attorneys who stand for consumers seeking accountability from those who cause them harm. CAOC advocates for the rights of injured Californians on issues ranging from product safety and consumer protection to forced arbitration, medical negligence, and access to the courts.
Our attorneys are active members because the fight for our clients does not end with a single verdict. It extends to defending the laws and the courthouse doors that make justice possible.
San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association

Founded in 1950, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA) promotes civil justice through education and trial advocacy across Northern California. With hundreds of members, SFTLA serves the plaintiff's bar through high-quality continuing legal education, mentorship, and a commitment to preserving access to the civil justice system for everyone.
Our involvement reflects our belief in sharpening trial skills, supporting the next generation of advocates, and strengthening the community of attorneys who represent injured people.
Bar Association of San Francisco
Founded in 1872, the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) is one of the oldest and largest voluntary bar associations in the country, with thousands of members across the Bay Area legal community. BASF champions equal access to justice, advances professional growth and education, and works to promote integrity, diversity, and excellence in the practice of law. BASF also provides free legal services to low-income and underserved individuals and families, including people facing homelessness, eviction, and domestic violence.
We support BASF because a strong, ethical, and accessible legal profession serves everyone, especially those who need it most.
