For the last ten years, our firm has been selected as a U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firm” representing plaintiffs in Personal Injury and Product Liability lawsuits.

U.S. News publishes annual lists of the top attorneys and law firms in the United States. To qualify, a law firm must have at least one attorney who was recognized in the most recent edition of the Best Lawyers publication. RFTM lawyers June Bashant, John Feder, Cynthia McGuinn, Ronald Rouda, and Timothy Tietjen were each honorees in Best Lawyers. Many of our attorneys have been recognized as Best Lawyers awardees for multiple years. Cynthia McGuinn was the 2019 Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs “Lawyer of the Year” for San Francisco.
