This recognition reflects Brad’s successful work across California and nationally to help wildfire victims secure justice and rebuild their lives after devastation. Brad works to hold corporations and utility companies accountable for the devastating harm their negligent actions can cause. He believes in educating the client on the process, what to expect, and potential outcomes.
Brad has worked on more than 20 wildfire cases nationwide, representing thousands of individuals, families, businesses, and trusts impacted by major fire events, including claims against Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and Maui Electric Company. He is currently leading Rouda Feder Tietjen & McGuinn’s caseload on the Eaton Fire lawsuits against SoCal Edison, stemming from the 2025 Eaton Fire in Altadena and the surrounding area.
